  UTF-8 関係のコードを扱うものです。
＃UTF-16 は駄目だったと思う。mule-ucs は大丈夫だと思ったけど。

  XEmacs には XEmacs 21.2 b27 をベースにしたxemacs-utf-2000-0.15.tar.gz 
  つーのもあって、こちらは ucs-conv は、確かいらないです。最近は追い掛けて
  いないので、こちらは私はあまり知りません。

＃XEmacs 21.2 b35 は実はこれがマージしてあるとかじゃないと思う。
