The copyright of Goby belongs to Kazu Yamamoto.

The license of Goby is the same as BSD’s one which includes three items. For more information, refer to the tail of source code.

User support

The author basically does NOT give any support to users.

Since Goyb is, however, a *Wineware*, the author would make one’s dream come true, who buy me a bottle of good wine. :)

Acknowledgement

Mr. Ken’ichi Handa gave a presentation on new features of Emacs 21 at a WIDE workshop held in May 2001. He was using emp.el (Emacs point), which is a presentation tool for Emacs 21.The author was inspired with that tool and created Goby. Mr. Handa also kindly answer my questions.
