[mew-int 3165] Fix for invisible attachments from iPad Mail

Hi all.

As Apple continues to ignore standards, the following might help you
if you receive "invisible" attachments from a mail client called "iPad Mail":

(setq mew-disable-alternative-regex-list '("Apple Mail" "iPad Mail"))

("Apple Mail") is the default in Mew 6.5.
