[Mew-dist 13432] Content-Type: missing

Hi,

I was wondering whether there is a way to set a default when
Content-Type: is missing.  More precisely, I would like that when
Content-Type: is missing, the message is displayed as if
    Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
was present.
